经济与贸易学院金融工程专业首席教授、投资学专业学科带头人：Ronald Anderson教授

Ron Anderson，伦敦政治经济学院金融学教授，中山大学新华学院经济与贸易系金融工程专业首席教授、投资学专业学科带头人，曾担任伦敦政治经济学院金融与会计系系主任，目前为该校风险管理学科负责人，并为该金融经济项目经济政策研究中心的成员。他广泛涉猎金融经济市场，其多项以动态公司财务为研究对象的成果获得业界高度赞誉，曾发表专门研究东方国家金融体系的专著，并发表多篇文章论述2008世界金融危机后的金融改革。近几年，其诸多理论研究以动态公司财务为主，包括《企业流动性和资本结构》、《重复道德风险下的融资与企业发展》、《代理、公司发展与管理失误》。

Ron Anderson, Emeritus Professor of Finance, The London School of Economics and Political Science; Academic Advisor of Economics and Trade Department, Xinhua College of Sun Yat-Sen University; Programme director of MSc Management and Regulation of Risk; Principal investor, Systemic Risk Centre. Professor Ron Anderson earns high reputation in the research area of financial and economics market and the dynamic corporate finance. He also published some articles about the financial system in eastern countries and the financial reforms after the 2008 finance crisis. Most recently, Professor Ron Anderson is conducting the research in the field of dynamic corporate finance, such as "Corporate Liquidity and Capital Structure", "Financing and Corporate Growth under Repeated Moral Hazard” and “Agency Firm Growth and Managerial Turnover”.
